OUR STORY
Growing up on a family dairy farm in rural Ohio, J Money founder Joel Oney witnessed firsthand that working with quality materials rendered a better product. He developed a sincere appreciation of Amish workmanship and created a strong bond with the Amish community.
FILLING THE GAP
Talking with local builders, he saw a gap between connecting small Amish-built structures to mainstream buyers. By working directly with Amish craftsmen, local builders and with their dealer networks, Joel realized he could help an entire community by providing the missing piece: A Lease Purchase Agreement (LPA).
